- Build solutions using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Pages, Power Automate workflows, and Copilot Studio agents.
- Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, and semantic models, using Power Query and DAX to build measures, relationships, and calculations.
- Design and implement Copilot readiness and AI-assisted workflows, including data structure, permissions, and governance considerations.
- Connect to and transform data from client systems such as CRM, ERP, PSA, ticketing, and finance platforms, applying security and row-level access controls.
- Maintain and enhance existing solutions and troubleshoot data, refresh, performance, and accuracy issues.
- Support user acceptance testing, training, knowledge transfer, and handoff documentation so solutions can be supported by the broader team.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience delivering Power Platform, business intelligence, or Microsoft 365 solutions in a consulting, managed services, or client-facing role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and data modeling.
- Working knowledge of Copilot, AI use cases, and intelligent automation, including readiness, adoption, and governance considerations.
- Experience gathering requirements, scoping work, and preparing estimates for client-facing or internal projects.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in plain language to business users and client stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client requests at the same time.
- Experience working in a managed service provider, consulting, or professional services environment.
- Experience with Copilot Studio, Microsoft Graph, data gateways, refresh management, and workspace administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, or broader Microsoft data and reporting tools.
