- Embed oversight and safeguards through human approvals, escalation and override paths, scoped permissions, prompt-injection defenses, personally identifiable information (PII) handling, audit logging, and privacy and data-residency controls.
- Lead architecture and security reviews with client stakeholders, resolve design issues, and coach technical teams on reference architectures, reusable patterns, and engineering standards.
- Lead and manage a Deloitte team of developers and engineers: set technical direction, plan and assign work, run design and code reviews, manage delivery quality and risk, and develop team members through coaching and feedback.

Architect Jobs in Cleveland: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a architect job in Cleveland?
Cleveland's strongest hiring comes from healthcare systems expanding campuses in University Circle, municipal agencies managing infrastructure and public works, and architecture firms working on adaptive reuse in Ohio City and Tremont. Candidates who know Cleveland's historic building stock and have experience with institutional or civic projects stand out. Connecting with the Cleveland chapter of the American Institute of Architects also opens doors to local firms that rarely post publicly.
Which companies hire architects in Cleveland?
Employers hiring architects in Cleveland right now include Deloitte, AODK, and LTM Limited, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of November 2026. Cleveland's hiring mix tends to lean toward healthcare institutions, municipal and county agencies, and mid-size regional firms with strong civic and commercial portfolios.
How can I get a architect job in Cleveland with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Cleveland is through internships or junior drafter roles at regional firms working on civic, healthcare, or residential projects in neighborhoods like Ohio City and Detroit Shoreway. Community Development Corporations operating in Cleveland's redevelopment corridors also hire entry-level design staff. A strong portfolio showing familiarity with adaptive reuse or historic preservation gives candidates a clear edge, since much of Cleveland's architectural activity involves existing building stock.
