We are looking for a detail-oriented Stock/Logistics Engineer (Hardware Asset Manager) to support end-to-end hardware asset, stock, and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stock levels, inventory, and monthly stock audits
- Coordinate stock verification, equipment movements, and disposal
- Work with delivery/logistics teams to ensure accurate asset and inventory data
- Manage equipment booking, part numbers, and stock movements
- Support Hardware Asset Management (HAM) reporting and analysis
- Coordinate with client, partner, and internal teams on current/future hardware demand
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Hardware Asset Management / Inventory / Stock Management
- Knowledge of Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Handhelds, Smartphones, etc.
- Strong hands-on experience with MS Excel, ServiceNow, and Outlook
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
