We are looking for motivated interns to join our team across two tracks. You will gain hands-on experience in one of the fastest-growing areas of digital commerce.
E-Commerce Operations Intern
What You Will Do
- Support day-to-day TikTok Shop operations including product listings, campaign setup, and inventory tracking
- Assist with vendor coordination and logistics for LIVE events and brand activations
- Help manage host scheduling, briefing materials, and run-of-show documents
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns run on time
- Support client communication and follow-ups under the direction of the account team
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates
Who You Are
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Genuinely curious about TikTok, live shopping, and the creator economy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment

Media Intern
What You Will Do
- Support content strategy and distribution across TikTok and other social platforms
- Assist with creator and host outreach, onboarding, and coordination
- Help track and analyze content performance metrics and compile reports
- Learn business development processes including client prospecting and proposal support
- Support client-facing communication and meeting preparation
- Assist with post-campaign recaps and asset organization
Who You Are
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field
- Passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive, you follow up without being asked
- Interest in learning BD strategy and client-facing work
