Overview:
Has performed programmatic or technical development and analysis roles in identifying, formulating, designing and/or testing practical solutions to engineering problems and guide the engineering development of modern complex systems; and to employ systems engineering methods and tools in the development of advanced complex systems, and when appropriate, conduct research in applied systems engineering to advance the field.
Designs, develops, evaluates, tests, Analyzes, and integrates an organization's systems infrastructure, including the implementation and design of hardware and software.
Defines system and product requirements; and generates mechanical, electrical, and software performance and reliability specifications and requirements.
Creates and maintains programmatic and technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution.
Manages and documents system configurations. Performs troubleshooting and remediation, ensures successful project implementation, and performs post project end user support.
Salary dependent on experience and education. May vary from that shown.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoW Security Clearance for duration of employment.
A Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years of experience is required.
Substitution: Associate’s degree plus 2 years’ OR 4 years’ additional work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Telework is acceptable but travel is required once a quarter.
Salary: the expected pay range for this position is $99,840 to $135,200 but is subject to change.
