JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Associate Attorney will handle all aspects of assigned civil litigation matters, including:
Managing cases from pre-suit demands through litigation, trial, post-judgment collections, and appeals
Drafting demand letters and pre-suit correspondence
Preparing case evaluations, summaries, and litigation strategies
Drafting pleadings, motions, responses, briefs, and other legal documents
* Preparing, reviewing, and responding to written discovery
