Infra Automation Engineer
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Onsite)

Job Type: Long term Contract
Pay Rate: $60/hour (C2C)
Work Arrangement: Onsite – 5 days per week
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Infra Automation Engineer with strong Linux systems engineering and infrastructure automation expertise. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Linux environments, automating infrastructure operations, and working with virtualization and cloud platforms.
Responsibilities & Technical Requirements
- Strong experience in Linux Systems Engineering, particularly RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) or equivalent distributions.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, and Chef.
- Programming and scripting experience with Python, Golang, Perl, C++, or Ruby.
- Experience working with VMware and/or AWS/VMC environments.
- Familiarity with server hardware operations, firmware management, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
- Understanding of development concepts, Agile methodologies, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with development and collaboration tools such as GitHub and Jira.
- Familiarity with test cases, code reviews, and infrastructure automation best practices.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong Linux/RHEL administration and troubleshooting background.
- Practical experience automating infrastructure configuration and deployment.
- Ability to work across physical server infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud environments.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
