Customer Solutions Specialist Jobs in Georgia: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a customer solutions specialist in Georgia?
Most Georgia employers hire customer solutions specialists with a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or information technology, though some large employers accept equivalent experience in lieu of a degree. No state-issued license is required for this role in Georgia. Building proficiency in CRM platforms and earning vendor-recognized credentials such as Salesforce Administrator certification strengthens your application considerably at Georgia-based technology, financial services, and logistics firms.
Which companies hire customer solutions specialists in Georgia?
Georgia customer solutions specialist roles are posted by Google, Novelis, and Siemens and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Georgia's concentration of fintech, telecommunications, and logistics headquarters in the Atlanta metro and the Alpharetta technology corridor means a particularly deep and consistent pool of openings with enterprise-scale employers.
Which Georgia cities have the most customer solutions specialist jobs?
Atlanta, Duluth, and Alpharetta hold the most customer solutions specialist openings in Georgia. Atlanta dominates due to its density of corporate headquarters and technology firms, Alpharetta draws heavy demand from the fintech and SaaS companies concentrated in the North Fulton corridor, and Savannah has grown as port-related logistics and e-commerce operations require dedicated client support functions.
Are there remote customer solutions specialist jobs in Georgia?
Yes, and more than most fields, because customer solutions work is fundamentally desk-based and technology-mediated rather than tied to a physical location. About 100% of customer solutions specialist openings tied to Georgia are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting how widely Georgia employers have adopted flexible work models for this role. Technical onboarding and enterprise account support positions are especially likely to offer fully remote arrangements.
How can I get hired as a customer solutions specialist in Georgia with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is a customer support associate or client services coordinator role at a Georgia-based technology or financial services company, which typically requires no prior specialist experience and provides structured onboarding. NCR Voyix, Cox Enterprises, and large Atlanta-area insurance carriers such as Aflac and Primerica regularly hire for entry-level client-facing positions that feed into specialist tracks. Earning a Salesforce Administrator certification or completing a Google Career Certificate in customer relationship management before you apply demonstrates initiative and gives you a concrete edge over other candidates without direct experience.
