Customer Solutions Specialist Jobs in Colorado: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a customer solutions specialist in Colorado?
Most Colorado employers require a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field alongside hands-on experience in customer-facing roles. There is no state-issued license or Colorado-specific certification required for this role. Candidates who earn vendor-neutral credentials such as a Salesforce Administrator certification or a CompTIA customer service credential often move through hiring pipelines faster at Colorado's technology and telecom employers.
Which companies hire customer solutions specialists in Colorado?
Colorado customer solutions specialist roles are posted by Fastly, Google, and Xcel Energy and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Colorado's concentration of technology headquarters, regional financial services offices, and telecom operations centers makes it one of the more active states for this role.
Which Colorado cities have the most customer solutions specialist jobs?
Denver, Boulder, and Watkins are the Colorado cities with the most customer solutions specialist openings. Denver leads because it is the state's primary commercial hub and home to regional headquarters for financial services, SaaS, and telecom companies, while Colorado Springs and Boulder contribute openings through defense-adjacent tech firms and growth-stage software companies that maintain dedicated client support teams.
Are there remote customer solutions specialist jobs in Colorado?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 33% of customer solutions specialist openings tied to Colorado are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting the desk-based and digital nature of the work. Roles focused on enterprise onboarding, technical account management, and B2B client success are the most likely to be offered fully remote by Colorado employers.
How can I get hired as a customer solutions specialist in Colorado with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is applying for customer support associate or client onboarding coordinator roles at Colorado's mid-size SaaS and fintech companies, which regularly bring in candidates who are new to the field. Companies like Comcast and Lumen Technologies in the Denver metro run structured associate training programs for customer operations. Earning a Salesforce Administrator certification or completing a free Colorado Workforce Development-backed customer experience course gives candidates a concrete edge over other entry-level applicants.
Where can I find and apply to customer solutions specialist jobs in Colorado?
You can find and apply to customer solutions specialist jobs in Colorado on Migrate Mate, which lists current Colorado openings. Search the listings for roles that match your experience and location, then apply directly to whichever ones fit your background.
