Responsibilities

• Assist clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process, from property search to deal closing
• Conduct comprehensive real estate market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for clients
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers effectively, ensuring favorable terms for clients while maintaining industry standards
• Manage multiple real estate transactions simultaneously, ensuring all documentation and legal requirements are accurately completed
• Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote listings using digital platforms, social media, and traditional channels
• Build strong client rapport through clear communication, active listening, and personalized service to meet their unique needs
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions efficiently
• Stay informed about industry trends, Fair Housing regulations, and local market conditions to provide expert guidance
• Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally

Qualifications

• Have an active State of Colorado real estate license.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and ethically
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency
• Knowledge of managing real estate transactions from initial offer through final closing processes
• Ability to build lasting client relationships through effective rapport building and communication strategies
• Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple clients and transactions efficiently
• Experience with customer service

What We Offer:

We manage approximately 140 single-family homes, and many of our tenants are Spanish-speaking. This position would be a great opportunity to connect with those renters, build relationships, and help guide them toward becoming homeowners.

We have a dedicated desk available for you in our office, and you’ll have the flexibility to work the hours that fit your schedule during our regular business hours. We would like you to spend some time working from the office so you can connect with our team and clients.

You’ll also have access to our office resources, including our printer, ink, phones, and other equipment needed to help you succeed.

Pay: $1.00 - $150,000.00 per year
