Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate residential patient admissions, intake documentation, and admission records.
- Assist with human resources functions, including employee on -boarding, personnel files, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate provider and staff credentialing, recredentialing, and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with organizational policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with clinical staff, administration, insurance providers, and referral sources.
- Track deadlines for employee credentials, licenses, and required training.
- Provide administrative support to facility leadership.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare administration, behavioral health, or substance use disorder treatment preferred.
- Experience with human resources and healthcare credentialing strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicaid managed care organizations and healthcare documentation is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple responsibilities.
Position: Full-Time
