Position Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase dealership traffic, sales, and revenue across our departments and strengthen customer loyalty. This position oversees all dealership advertising, digital marketing, social media, events, community outreach, and brand management while ensuring alignment with Harley-Davidson standards and dealership objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage dealership website content, promotions, and inventory highlights
- Oversee social media channels and maintain a consistent brand presence
- Develop engaging content including photos, videos, graphics, and written materials
- Execute email marketing campaigns and customer communications to promote new model launches, seasonal campaigns, etc.
- Monitor online reviews and reputation management efforts
- Plan, coordinate, and execute dealership events
- Track event attendance and sales impact
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, Parts, and MotorClothes departments to support business goals
- Track key performance indicators, including lead generation, website traffic, social engagement, event participation, and sales results
- Prepare regular performance reports for dealership leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing experience; powersports or automotive industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of social media, digital advertising, email marketing, and content creation
- Ability to work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule with occasional additional evenings and Sundays as needed for dealership events
- Passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson lifestyle
- Experience with photography, videography, and graphic design tools is preferred
- Valid driver’s license; motorcycle endorsement is a plus
