SUMMARY
The Product Delivery PM is responsible for supporting the CLIENT'S Product Delivery Manager in all aspects of the deployment of the Zoom & Polycom Phone product to the CLIENT'S Retail Branch nationwide estate. The Product Delivery PM will be provided with work instruction by the CLIENT'S Product Delivery Manager. The role involves administrative tasks, including the tracking of project deliverables including the status of the deliverables, manipulating and uploading spreadsheets, performing quality-assurance (data integrity checks) against data sets, and providing metrics and reporting. However, the Product Delivery PM will also assist the CLIENT'S Product Delivery Manager in monitoring the Zoom & Polycom telephony deployments daily while assessing the effectiveness of deployment processes and making suggestions for process improvement. The Product Delivery PM will be involved in researching methods to improve the Monday.com project repository and may be provided with opportunity for certain hands-on administration of the tool. Finally, the Product Delivery PM may be asked to back up the CLIENT'S Product Delivery Manager in certain cases when the Delivery Manager is absent. At the current rollout cadence, the deployment team manages a substantial volume of information measured in hundreds-of-thousands of data rows. With the accelerated pace there will be a need to manage even larger volumes (potentially double) within a shorter timeframe. Our in-house developed Monday.com system (Zoom Phone Central / "ZPC") is at the core of our data-management and work-flow-management, and this resource will provide Monday.com support to potentially expand the system and maintain its operations. If the heightened visibility of the accelerated rollout demands more dashboards and/or metrics, this individual will be tasked with using Tableau and/or other tools (potentially AI) to develop the mechanisms/tools to efficiently deliver the most robust and useful information to the stakeholders.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Track project deliverables related to the implementation of Zoom phone per branch and updating the status of deliverables in a centralized repository
- Manipulate and upload spreadsheets and submit webforms, including those used as data input for Zoom implementations; quality-assure data sets to ensure accuracy / data integrity
- Participate in various project meetings with, or on behalf of, the CLIENT'S Product Delivery Manager
- Actively track daily deployments; track issues and mitigations
- Assess deployment process and offer suggestions for process improvement
- Research any opportunities to improve the project's Monday.com repository and where applicable, participate in the hands-on administration of the tool
- Back-up / Back-fill CLIENT'S Product Delivery Manager under certain circumstances (where possible, these scenarios will be planned).
COMPETENCIES:
- Highly Proficient in Monday.com (Required)
- Minimum Beginner-Level Experience in Applying and/or Developing AI to Solve Problems (Required)
- Strong Technical Problem-Solving Skills, with Strong Fundamentals in Data Networking (Required)
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Required)
- Experience with Tableau dashboarding (Preferred but not Show Stopper)
- Telephony experience
- Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient time management skills; sense of urgency
- Ability to track individual deployments across multiple branch locations in a single day
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt process changes mid-stream
- Ability to work flexible hours and available afterhours/weekends if required to meet project completion dates
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- 2-4 years' experience as a technology Project Coordinator
- 8-10 years' experience using PC in business environment including MS Office
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Exposure to technology in the financial industry is a plus
- Exposure to Monday.com is a plus
