DESCRIPTION
MCCF Outbound Fulfillment Tech (Shipping & Delivery Tech) is responsible for the tech stack and product capabilities enabling seamless outbound order fulfillment and delivery — from generating accurate delivery promises shown to merchants and shoppers at order confirmation, to shipping orders, to facilitating real-time order tracking. As a Software Development Manager on the MCCF Outbound team, you'll lead technical strategy for a system operating at massive scale — processing tens of millions of units annually across a rapidly expanding merchant ecosystem — while maintaining exceptional reliability and near-continuous availability across all integration interfaces.
