We provide occupational healthcare solutions, including on-site medical clinics, 24/7 telehealth and mobile first aid, urgent care, employee screening, and training—to large construction, industrial, and commercial employers. Our goal is simple: keep employees healthier, reduce the impact of workplace injuries, and help our clients protect their bottom line.
We work in fast-paced environments with some of the world's largest organizations, and we're continuing to expand our footprint nationwide.
We’re looking for an outgoing, energetic, and driven Account Executive with the confidence to connect with anyone and the ambition to become a powerhouse in sales.
We’re not looking for a seasoned sales executive. We’re looking for someone with raw potential—the kind of person who can work a room, build relationships naturally, loves the thrill of the win, and is hungry to learn.
You’ll have the unique opportunity to work closely with our CEO and leadership team, learning the business and developing the skills to eventually grow into an Enterprise Account Manager and sales leader.
What We’re Looking For
- Naturally social – You’re confident, personable, and can build rapport with just about anyone.
- Hungry & competitive – Goals motivate you, and you’re willing to hustle to create opportunities.
- A natural networker – You enjoy meeting new people and turning connections into relationships.
- Coachable – You learn quickly, take feedback well, and want to get better.
- Self-motivated – You don’t need someone constantly telling you what to do next.
- Ambitious – You’re looking for a career with serious growth potential, not just your next job.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities
- Build relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Connect with decision-makers through calls, email, social outreach, referrals, and networking
- Attend client meetings, conferences, events, and site visits
- Help grow opportunities within major enterprise accounts
- Maintain and manage your sales pipeline in our CRM
- Learn how to present solutions, develop proposals, negotiate, and ultimately close deals
Our enterprise sales model is highly relationship-driven, with an emphasis on networking, expanding existing accounts, and building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
Experience
1–2 years of sales, business development, recruiting, hospitality, customer service, or another customer-facing role is preferred—but personality and potential matter more to us than years of experience.
Recent graduates with strong communication skills and a serious ambition for sales are encouraged to apply!
This role is designed to grow:
Account Executive → Enterprise Account Manager → Sales Leadership
If you’re fun, confident, competitive, coachable, and hungry for success, we want to meet you.
Bring the personality and the hustle. We’ll help you build the sales career.

Sales Executive Jobs in Arizona: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a sales executive in Arizona?
Most sales executives in Arizona start with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, then build experience in account management or business development roles. Arizona does not require a state-issued license for general sales roles, but professionals selling securities or insurance must obtain licenses through the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions or FINRA. Advancing to a senior executive title typically requires demonstrable revenue achievement and team leadership experience.
How much do sales executives make in Arizona?
Sales executives in Arizona earn a median of about $145,690 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $74,510 for the lowest 10% to over $255,220 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire sales executives in Arizona?
Employers hiring sales executives in Arizona right now include Volarify, Jobot, and Siemens, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Arizona's concentration of technology companies, large healthcare systems, and financial services firms in the Phoenix and Scottsdale corridors makes it one of the more active states for senior sales hiring.
Which Arizona cities have the most sales executive jobs?
Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Arizona lead for sales executive openings in Arizona. Phoenix drives the largest share of listings because it hosts the state's greatest concentration of corporate headquarters, technology campuses, and financial services offices, while Scottsdale's dense cluster of mid-market and enterprise firms adds substantial volume and Tucson contributes openings tied to healthcare systems and defense contractors.
Are there remote sales executive jobs in Arizona?
Yes, and more than many fields, since sales executive work is often relationship- and phone-driven rather than tied to a physical location. About 50% of sales executive openings tied to Arizona are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting both employer flexibility and competitive pressure to attract talent statewide. Strategic account management and enterprise software sales roles tend to have the highest share of fully remote arrangements.
How can I get hired as a sales executive in Arizona with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is landing a business development representative or inside sales associate role at one of Arizona's large technology or healthcare companies, many of which run structured sales development programs that promote from within. Employers like Intel and Banner Health regularly hire candidates with no prior sales title if they demonstrate strong communication skills and a relevant degree. Earning a Salesforce Administrator certification or completing a FINRA Series 63 exam, if you're targeting financial services, gives a measurable credential edge when competing against more experienced candidates.
Where can I find and apply to sales executive jobs in Arizona?
You can find and apply to sales executive jobs in Arizona on Migrate Mate, which lists current Arizona openings across industries and experience levels. Find roles that fit your background and apply directly to each listing without creating a profile or signing up first.
