- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to drive solution design and adoption.

- Legal hold management
- Content searches
- Custodian identification
- Matter management
- Data preservation
- Email and document collections
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Information Security teams regarding retention and governance requirements.
- Assist in responding to litigation requests, subpoenas, audits, investigations, and regulatory inquiries.
- Maintain processes supporting defensible discovery and records management practices.
- Design and implement automated workflows for:
- Contract review and approvals
- Litigation matter intake
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience supporting corporate legal departments.
- Experience with healthcare, highly regulated industries, or compliance-driven environments.
