We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab / Electrophysiology (EP) Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support operational excellence and performance improvement initiatives across Cath Lab and EP services.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Cath Lab and/or EP operations, with expertise in optimizing clinical workflows, scheduling, staffing models, resource utilization, capacity management, patient throughput, and procedural efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
