Lead a European automotive repair and service center, bringing together strong business management and hands-on operational leadership. You’ll guide daily service operations, support customers, and build a team focused on quality, efficiency, and sustainable business performance. Your impact: By improving service processes and developing your team, you help customers receive dependable care while supporting the center’s long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Direct operations management, service delivery, and customer service; set priorities and resolve operational issues.
- Manage profit and loss (P&L), financial management, budgets, and profit and loss analysis; use Excel data analysis to inform decisions.
- Lead sales, business development, and strategic planning; identify opportunities to strengthen performance and customer relationships.
- Apply lean management and process improvement methods to streamline workflows and maintain service standards.
- Provide executive-level team management, team leadership, and team development through clear managerial communication, coaching, and supervision.
Requirements
- Experience in management, supervising experience, team management, and leadership in an automotive repair, service, or related operations environment.
- Demonstrated skills in business management, operational management, financial management, and P&L oversight.
- Ability to use Excel data analysis and data-driven decision making to assess performance and guide strategy.
- Experience with project management, strategic management, sales, business development, and process improvement.
- Strong customer service, managerial communication, and team development skills; able to lead teams through changing priorities.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
