- Five or more years of construction safety experience, with a focus on power or renewable energy projects.
- Experience supporting large, complex projects valued at $100 million or more in dynamic field environments.
- A practical understanding of how effective safety leadership supports project execution, productivity, quality, and strong team performance.
- Certified Health & Safety Technician (CHST) certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, construction management, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Ability and willingness to travel nationally to project sites on a full-time, project-based basis.
- Valid driver’s license. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check.

Compensation
Target Hiring Range: $82,000–$106,000 annually
Boldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position is $82,000–$106,000 annually; compensation is negotiable and determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Minimums and maximums may vary by location. In addition to base compensation, employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus and participation in applicable company benefit programs.
