Chef Concierge Jobs in Miami: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a chef concierge job in Miami?
The strongest path into chef concierge roles in Miami is through the city's luxury hotel corridor, from South Beach along the causeway to Brickell and Coconut Grove. Five-star properties, private residential towers in Edgewater and Surfside, and members-only dining clubs are the primary hirers. Candidates with bilingual fluency in Spanish or Portuguese, deep knowledge of Miami's restaurant scene, and supplier relationships stand out in a market where personal networks carry significant weight.
Which companies hire chef concierges in Miami?
Employers hiring chef concierges in Miami right now include Baptist Health South Florida, Marriott International, and TheKey, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Miami's hiring base leans heavily toward internationally branded luxury hotels, private residential clubs, and yacht-accessible waterfront properties that require hands-on culinary concierge expertise.
Are there remote chef concierge jobs in Miami?
Yes, though remote work is rare for chef concierge roles given how hands-on the position is by nature. About 0% of chef concierge openings tied to Miami are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, typically limited to vendor coordination, menu planning, or event logistics functions. The on-property, guest-facing components of the role remain almost entirely in-person across Miami's hotel and residential markets.
How can I get a chef concierge job in Miami with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry point in Miami is a front-of-house or food-and-beverage coordinator role at one of South Beach or Brickell's large hotel properties, where internal promotion to concierge functions is common. Miami's busy event season also creates seasonal openings at resort and yacht club venues that hire candidates without full credentials. Completing a Les Clefs d'Or mentorship, building supplier contacts in Miami's restaurant district, and speaking Spanish all accelerate early-career placement locally.
Which industries hire the most chef concierges in Miami?
The sectors hiring the most chef concierges in Miami are Healthcare & Medical Services, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Miami's position as a global luxury travel hub, combined with its rapid growth in branded residential towers and private club dining, concentrates demand in sectors that require dedicated culinary guest-experience specialists year-round.
