Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- 5–10 years of experience in chemical process engineering or production, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading projects and teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of chemical process principles, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
