What You'll Do

As a Chiropractor with The Joint, you will:

• Evaluate patients and determine appropriate chiropractic care
• Perform manual chiropractic adjustments
• Develop and communicate clear recommendations for care
• Educate patients on chiropractic, mobility, wellness, and the benefits of consistent care
• Build strong, professional doctor-patient relationships
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Identify situations requiring imaging, referral, or care outside the scope of our clinics
• Work closely with our Wellness Coordinators to create an excellent experience from the moment someone walks through the door
• Help patients understand their options for continuing care, including memberships and packages

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a DC who is:

• Confident and skilled in manual adjusting
• Personable and comfortable working with a wide variety of patients
• A strong communicator and educator
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced clinic
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Passionate about chiropractic and ongoing wellness
• Motivated by both patient outcomes and clinic performance

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
• Current or eligible Massachusetts Chiropractic License
• Required NBCE examinations for Massachusetts licensure
• Eligible for malpractice insurance
