Client Services Manager Jobs in Dallas: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a client services manager job in Dallas?
Focus your search on Dallas's densest hiring corridors: Uptown and the Arts District for financial services and professional firms, Plano and Frisco's Legacy West and Hall Park campuses for technology and insurance companies, and the Medical District for healthcare systems. Candidates who can demonstrate account retention results, CRM proficiency, and cross-functional team coordination stand out most in this market. Networking through local chambers and industry events in North Dallas also opens doors.
Which companies hire client services managers in Dallas?
Companies currently hiring client services managers in Dallas include Baker Tilly Canada, Infosys, and Cotality, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Dallas attracts a wide range of employer types, from regional banks and insurance carriers to national technology firms and large healthcare networks, many of which maintain dedicated client services teams at their North Texas headquarters or regional offices.
Are there remote client services manager jobs in Dallas?
Yes, though availability depends on the role type, since client services manager positions tied to hands-on account management or on-site client visits tend to require in-person presence, while those focused on renewals, onboarding coordination, or software platforms are far more remote-friendly. About 52% of client services manager openings tied to Dallas are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, with hybrid schedules most common among technology and SaaS employers based in Plano and Las Colinas.
How can I get a client services manager job in Dallas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Dallas is moving up from a customer success associate or account coordinator role, which many of the city's mid-size technology companies and insurance firms post regularly. Employers in Legacy West and Uptown often promote internally, so starting as a client support specialist gives you direct exposure to the workflows and accounts that feed into manager-level openings. Familiarity with Salesforce or ServiceNow and any experience handling escalations will accelerate that move.
Which industries hire the most client services managers in Dallas?
The sectors hiring the most client services managers in Dallas are Accounting & Auditing and Technology & Software, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Dallas's role as a regional headquarters hub for financial services, a growing tech corridor in the northern suburbs, and one of the largest medical center concentrations in the South all drive sustained, year-round demand for client-facing management talent.
