The Opportunity: A Path to Partnership
This role is built for an NP or PA who thinks like an owner. The right candidate will lead patient care and help run and grow the clinic alongside the owner, with the opportunity to earn a partnership stake in the business.

What You'll Do
The ideal candidate brings strong skills in the following areas, or a willingness to be trained in them.
Clinical care
- Testosterone replacement: evaluate patients for low testosterone and, under the supervision of a physician, prescribe testosterone therapy to optimize hormone levels.
- Erectile dysfunction: Gainswave (shockwave therapy), P-Shot, and Trimix.
- Weight management and PRP treatment programs.
- Administer intramuscular injections and PRP injections.
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations.
- Provide continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.
Leadership and operations
- Lead and work with the clinic team, including Medical Assistant(s) and a Receptionist.
- Help run day-to-day clinic operations and support business growth.
- Meet clinic census and performance goals.
- Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
- Promote a team-oriented, high-energy patient experience.
Required
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license (either is welcome to apply)
- At least 2 years of experience as an NP or PA
- Active state license in good standing
- Active DEA Certificate and active Controlled Substance Registration
- No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
- Resume required
Preferred
- Experience in urology, endocrinology, or general practice
- Experience with TRT and ED treatment, including shockwave therapy and P-Shots
- Leadership, management, or business operations experience
- An entrepreneurial mindset and interest in long-term ownership
