- Dental Haus Germantown – Tennessee
- Dentistry of Nashville – Tennessee

- Gulch Dental Studios – Tennessee
- Mt. View Family Dentistry – Tennessee
- Rachel Johnson & Associates – Tennessee
- Schmidle Family Dentistry – Tennessee
- Tate Eble DDS – Tennessee

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care to patients across multiple practice locations.
- Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide preventive, restorative, and general dentistry services within the dentist's scope of practice.
