Position Overview
We are seeking general dentists who enjoy working with children and want a practice model built around:
- predictable procedures,
- focused schedules,
- strong clinical support, and
- meaningful, community-based work.
No pediatric residency is required — training and shadowing are available with our current pediatric provider currently treating pediatrics ages 1+.
This role is ideal for dentists looking to transition away from full-scope adult dentistry and into a children-centered schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Provide exams, cleanings, sealants, fillings, and uncomplicated pediatric restorative care
- Build rapport with parents and children through a warm, confident chairside manner
- Participate in a streamlined, efficient daily schedule that minimizes stress
- Collaborate with a pediatric dentist for advanced cases
Flexibility
- You choose your days and hours
- Ability to work “after-school hours” (2–7 PM) for high-demand appointment blocks
- Time off as requested.

- Pedodontic mentorship/shadowing (optional)
- A modern, child-friendly office environment
- Efficient systems designed to reduce stress and improve patient flow
