Licensed Massage Therapist (active & in good standing)

What You’ll Do:

- Deliver exceptional clinical + luxury massage treatments

- Customize sessions based on client needs (pain relief, relaxation, recovery, etc.)

- Maintain clean, calm, and elevated treatment rooms

- Support daily spa operations, including:

- Laundry (linens, towels)

- Restocking supplies

- Taking out trash and vacuuming when needed

- Collaborate with team members to create a seamless client experience

- Uphold brand standards — every client, every time

- Conduct patient assessments

- Maintain detailed documentation of treatments, client progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with spa policies

- Educate clients on self-care practices, post-treatment recommendations, and wellness strategies to enhance their overall health

W2 commission employee

***Full Time employees Program:

*** $4,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-time Position ($1,000 after 90 days, $3,000 after 1 year), and PTO
