We are seeking passionate, mission‑driven New Mexico–licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW/LMSW) and Licensed Counselors (LPCC/LMHC/LPC) who are committed to improving the lives of adults, children and families, in our community. This position offers an exciting opportunity to deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, crisis intervention, within a community outpatient setting. Your expertise will help individuals and families navigate mental health challenges, foster resilience, and achieve their wellness goals in a supportive, compassionate environment. Requirements Minimum Qualifications
Active New Mexico license: LCSW, LMSW, LPCC, LMHC.
Experience working with both adult and children is a plus.
Strong commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and client‑centered care.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Experience or interest in substance use and co‑occurring disorders is a plus.
