What You'll Do
As a Clinician, you will:
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans and interventions in collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Conduct screenings and assessments using validated tools to evaluate behavioral health, trauma, substance use, and treatment needs.
- Provide evidence-based individual and group psychotherapy utilizing approaches such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Therapy, and Seeking Safety.
- Lead treatment planning meetings, goal development, and recertification processes for individuals on your caseload.
- Provide clinical guidance and supervision to bachelor's-level support staff.
- Support crisis intervention efforts using a trauma-informed approach.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, compliance activities, and ongoing staff training.
- Provide on-call crisis intervention services on a rotating basis, as required.

Qualifications
Required
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
- Experience conducting clinical assessments and developing treatment plans.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and recovery-oriented treatment practices.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
Preferred
- Professional licensure or licensure eligibility (LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or related credential).
- Experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions in community or behavioral health settings.
- Experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Flexible schedule based on program needs
- Participation in an on-call rotation for crisis intervention services
- Some evening or weekend hours may be required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
- Ability to travel for client-related services, meetings, training, and program activities as needed.
