Job Roles at ABM Industries Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in ABM Industries Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with sponsored visa types
ABM Industries sponsors both H-1B and Green Card pathways, so focus your search on professional and technical roles in consulting, operations, and services management, the positions most likely to qualify as specialty occupations and attract sponsorship consideration.
Position yourself for the professional services side of ABM
ABM operates across facilities and professional services. Roles in project management, business analysis, and operations consulting sit closer to the specialty occupation standard required for H-1B approval, prioritize those when applying.
Research verified sponsorship history before applying
ABM's sponsorship activity is real but selective. Before applying, confirm the role is genuinely open to sponsorship, Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and avoid wasting time on roles that won't support visas.
Prepare for a structured corporate hiring process
As a large professional services employer, ABM typically runs multi-stage hiring processes with HR screening, hiring manager interviews, and internal approvals. Factor immigration sponsorship into those conversations early, waiting until an offer stage can create unnecessary delays.
Make your specialty occupation case clearly in applications
H-1B approval at ABM depends on demonstrating the role requires a specific degree in a directly related field. Tailor your resume and cover letter to show the direct connection between your degree and the position's technical requirements, not just general experience.

Does ABM Industries sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, ABM Industries does sponsor H-1B visas. Sponsorship is concentrated in professional and technical roles that meet the specialty occupation standard, meaning the position requires at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field directly related to the job. Not every open role at ABM will qualify, so confirm sponsorship intent with the recruiter early in the process.
What visa types does ABM Industries sponsor?
ABM Industries sponsors both H-1B nonimmigrant visas and Green Card applications under the EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based immigrant visa categories. This combination means ABM can support both your initial work authorization and a longer-term path to permanent residence, which is relatively valuable for candidates planning to build a career in the United States.
Which roles or departments at ABM Industries are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at ABM Industries tends to follow professional and technical functions, roles in operations management, business consulting, project management, and specialized services are strongest candidates. Positions that clearly require a specific degree in a related field are better positioned for H-1B approval, while Green Card sponsorship tends to accompany roles with longer-term hiring intent.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at ABM Industries?
The most reliable approach is searching on Migrate Mate, which surfaces employers with verified sponsorship histories so you can filter specifically for ABM Industries roles open to H-1B or Green Card candidates. This saves time compared to applying broadly and discovering sponsorship isn't available after multiple interview rounds.
How do I approach the application process at ABM Industries as a visa sponsorship candidate?
Apply to roles where your degree directly matches the position's requirements, this is the foundation of any successful H-1B petition. Raise sponsorship early, ideally during the recruiter screening call, so both sides are aligned before investing in a full interview process. ABM is a large corporate employer, so expect a structured multi-stage process and plan your timeline accordingly, particularly if you're working against an OPT or visa deadline.
