Frame Your PM Credentials Around Adobe's Product Org
Adobe hires Engineering Program Managers to align engineering delivery across cloud products like Creative Cloud and Document Cloud. Tailor your resume to show experience coordinating multi-team software releases, not just project tracking, before you apply.
Target Roles Tied to Platform or Infrastructure Work
Adobe's sponsored Engineering Program Manager openings cluster around platform, infrastructure, and growth initiatives. Filtering by these domains in your search surfaces roles more likely to go through full visa sponsorship, including H-1B transfer or new filing.
Clarify Sponsorship Type Before Accepting an Offer
Adobe distinguishes between H-1B transfers for candidates already in status and new cap-subject filings requiring the annual lottery. Confirm which path applies to your situation during the offer stage so the April registration deadline doesn't catch you off guard.
Use Migrate Mate to Surface Adobe EPM Openings That Sponsor
Browse Engineering Program Manager listings at Adobe filtered by visa type on Migrate Mate. It consolidates sponsorship-confirmed roles so you're not manually cross-referencing job boards with DOL disclosure data to verify eligibility.
Align Your Degree Field to Specialty Occupation Standards
USCIS requires that your degree directly relate to the Engineering Program Manager role. A computer science, engineering, or information systems background strengthens your petition. A business-only degree without a technical component can trigger a Request for Evidence.
Prepare for Adobe's PERM Timeline if You Want Permanency
If your goal is a Green Card through EB-2 or EB-3, Adobe typically initiates PERM labor certification after you've established yourself in the role. Understanding that the DOL PERM process runs concurrently with your H-1B extensions helps you plan your long-term timeline realistically.

Find Engineering Program Manager at Adobe JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Adobe sponsor H-1B visas for Engineering Program Managers?
Yes, Adobe sponsors H-1B visas for Engineering Program Manager roles. Adobe participates in the annual H-1B cap registration each April and also processes H-1B transfers for candidates already holding valid H-1B status with another employer. Roles tied to Adobe's platform, infrastructure, and cloud product organizations are among the most consistently sponsored within this job family.
Which visa types does Adobe commonly sponsor for Engineering Program Manager roles?
Adobe sponsors several visa categories for Engineering Program Managers, including H-1B, E-3 for Australian citizens, TN for Canadian and Mexican nationals, and F-1 OPT and CPT for students in active programs. For candidates pursuing permanent residence, Adobe supports EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways. The right visa depends on your citizenship, degree, and current immigration status.
What qualifications does Adobe expect for Engineering Program Manager positions?
Adobe's Engineering Program Manager roles typically require a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field. Beyond credentials, Adobe looks for experience driving complex, cross-functional software delivery at scale, familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks, and the ability to align engineering teams across distributed organizations. Prior experience in SaaS or cloud product environments strengthens your application.
How do I apply for Engineering Program Manager jobs at Adobe?
You can find Engineering Program Manager openings at Adobe through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship eligibility so you can confirm Adobe is sponsoring before you apply. Once you identify a relevant listing, apply directly through Adobe's careers portal. Tailor your application to highlight cross-functional delivery experience and your technical background, since Adobe's recruiting team screens for both dimensions in this role.
How do I plan my timeline if I need Adobe to file an H-1B for me?
If you're not currently in H-1B status, Adobe would need to register you in the annual lottery, which opens each March for an April 1 start date. Securing an offer several months before the registration window gives Adobe time to complete the Labor Condition Application with DOL before filing. If you're already on H-1B with another employer, Adobe can file a transfer petition and you can start work once USCIS receives it.
