INTRODUCTION
Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.
ABOUT THE REVENUE TEAM
The Revenue team drives Affirm’s top-line growth through strategic partnerships, pricing, and go-to-market execution. We acquire, retain, and expand merchant relationships across eCommerce, in-store, telesales, and the Affirm app. The team leads onboarding, relationship management, and performance optimization to help partners succeed. We deliver value-added solutions, drive adoption, and support long-term business growth by connecting merchants and consumers through Affirm’s products.
ABOUT THE TEAM
We're looking for a curious, driven analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. Revenue Operations serves as the backbone of the Revenue organization at Affirm. We follow a data-driven approach that combines elements of strategy, systems, process, and analytics to align go-to-market motions across the organization. As a Revenue Operations Analyst II, you will be a key partner to our Marketing, Business Development, and early Sales teams - focused on making the top of the funnel predictable, clean, and scalable. You'll design and optimize the processes, automation, and tooling that govern how leads, contacts, and accounts enter the revenue funnel, ensuring downstream teams can execute with confidence. The ideal candidate is equal parts tactical, building automation and workflows, and strategic thinking through lifecycle design, routing logic, and coverage models that scale with the business.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and optimize top of funnel merchant lifecycle processes — from Marketing touch through Contact creation, Account readiness, and Discovery handoff — with an emphasis on automation, data quality, and clear documentation
- Own and define lead routing logic, automation triggers, and lifecycle dependencies that govern how leads and accounts move through the top of funnel; partner with Business Systems for implementation
- Own cross-functional initiatives end to end — managing stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, Product, Revenue Ops, Analytics, and others
- Support attribution tracking and funnel conversion analysis for Marketing, BDA, and early funnel performance to surface actionable insights
- Own workflow automations (e.g., Slack notifications, cross-tool workflows, process triggers) that improve speed-to-lead and reduce manual work
- Collaborate with the Business Systems team to improve Salesforce and adjacent GTM tooling for lead and account management efficiency; define processes to ensure data integrity at funnel entry
- Partner with Revenue Enablement to train and support revenue teams on top of funnel processes and tooling changes
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required
- 2+ years of revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce (experience as an administrator is a plus); familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot)
- Mastery of Excel / Google Sheets and a solid understanding of business intelligence tools
- Experience with lead lifecycle management, lead routing tools (e.g., RingLead, LeanData), data enrichment tools (e.g., Clay, Zoominfo), or lead scoring and attribution frameworks is preferred
- Proven ability to manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout projects
- Prior experience in data analysis, reporting, and funnel performance measurement
- A strong sense of organization, a growth mentality, and a bias toward documenting and systematizing repeatable processes

Align your credentials to fintech analytics standards
Affirm's Program Analyst roles typically require demonstrated fluency in SQL, Python, or financial modeling tools. Before applying, audit your resume to surface specific projects where you've influenced lending, risk, or payment operations outcomes, not just general data analysis work.
Target roles in risk and compliance functions
Affirm's Program Analyst openings cluster around credit risk, underwriting operations, and regulatory compliance. Filtering your search by these functions narrows you to teams where international hiring has been most active and where analytical credentials carry the most weight.
Use Migrate Mate to surface open roles efficiently
Program Analyst positions at Affirm post and fill quickly. Use Migrate Mate to filter Affirm's open roles by visa sponsorship eligibility, so you're only spending time on positions the company has actively sponsored for international candidates.
Front-load your OPT or CPT authorization clearly
Recruiters at fintech firms move fast. If you're on F-1 OPT or CPT, state your work authorization status and end date explicitly in your application. Affirm's talent team needs to confirm authorization windows fit their hiring timeline before advancing candidates.
Understand how TN status applies to your background
If you're a Canadian or Mexican national, TN classification may be available for Program Analyst roles that fall under management consultant or accountant categories. Confirm the specific job duties in your offer letter map to a qualifying TN category before your hiring discussion progresses.
Time your H-1B cap filing conversation to the offer stage
USCIS opens H-1B registration each March for an October 1 start. If your offer comes outside that window, ask Affirm's recruiting team directly about cap-exempt options or a cap-gap extension if you're transitioning from OPT, so both sides plan around the same timeline.
Program Analyst at Affirm jobs are hiring across the US. Find yours.
Find Program Analyst at Affirm JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Affirm sponsor H-1B visas for Program Analysts?
Yes, Affirm sponsors H-1B visas for Program Analyst roles. Affirm has an established pattern of filing H-1B petitions for analytical and operations-adjacent positions, particularly in risk, compliance, and product functions. If you receive an offer, expect Affirm's legal team to manage the petition process, though timing still depends on where you are in the H-1B cap cycle.
How do I apply for Program Analyst jobs at Affirm?
Applications go through Affirm's careers portal. You can also browse verified Program Analyst openings at Affirm filtered by visa sponsorship eligibility on Migrate Mate, which helps you confirm which roles Affirm has actively sponsored for international candidates before you invest time in the application. Tailor your resume to highlight financial modeling, data analysis, and any direct experience in lending or payments operations.
Which visa types does Affirm commonly use for Program Analyst roles?
Affirm sponsors H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, and employment-based Green Card categories including EB-2 and EB-3 for qualifying roles. F-1 OPT is the most common entry point for recent graduates, with H-1B sponsorship following once an offer is in place. TN is an option for Canadian and Mexican nationals where the job duties fit a qualifying category.
What qualifications does Affirm expect for Program Analyst candidates?
Affirm's Program Analyst roles typically require a bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field, such as finance, economics, statistics, or computer science. Hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization tools is expected, not optional. For roles in credit risk or compliance, familiarity with lending regulations or financial product operations strengthens your application significantly.
How do I plan my timeline if I need H-1B sponsorship to work at Affirm?
USCIS accepts H-1B registrations in March each year for an October 1 start date. If you receive an offer before March, Affirm can register you in that cycle. If you're already on OPT with a valid end date, a cap-gap extension may cover the period between your OPT expiration and October 1. Align your offer timing and authorization end date early so Affirm's immigration team can plan accordingly.
