Monterey Park Hospital, a 101-acute care facility located in the San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles County, is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for our Nursing Administration Department. This is a part time, 12-hour night shift position reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer. The first 8 hours are compensated at the regular base rate, and the remaining 4 hours are paid at the applicable overtime rate.
Responsibilities:
The Nursing Supervisor serves as the on-site administrative resource for the facility. The Nursing Supervisor collaborates, coordinates, and communicates with administration, physicians, and the entire management team to facilitate the delivery of quality patient care. The Nursing Supervisor serves as a role model by providing leadership and expertise and acts as a clinical resource for other members of the interdisciplinary team. The Nursing Supervisor responds to the needs and requests of others quickly and efficiently and assists others in completing tasks or duties for improved customer satisfaction.
