Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Business Development Jobs at Arista Networks Jobs
Frame your background around enterprise networking sales
Arista recruits Business Development candidates who can sell into large enterprise or service provider accounts. Quantify pipeline experience, deal cycles, and familiarity with data center or cloud infrastructure to match what their hiring teams screen for.
Target roles that map to a specialty occupation
USCIS requires H-1B positions to qualify as specialty occupations. Business Development roles tied to technical solutions, channel partnerships, or pre-sales architecture at Arista are stronger H-1B candidates than purely generalist sales positions.
Build familiarity with Arista's go-to-market structure
Arista sells through a combination of direct and channel models. Demonstrating knowledge of how their CloudVision platform or EOS operating system fits into customer infrastructure signals you can contribute immediately and reduces perceived hiring risk for sponsored roles.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open roles by visa type
Searching broadly across job boards wastes time on positions that won't sponsor. Use Migrate Mate to filter Arista's Business Development openings specifically by the visa types they support, so you're only applying where sponsorship is already confirmed.
Align your start date to H-1B cap timelines if needed
If you need a new H-1B cap filing, USCIS registrations open in March with an October 1 start date. When negotiating offers at Arista, make this timeline explicit early so recruiting can coordinate the LCA filing and I-129 petition without gaps.

Find Business Development at Arista Networks JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Arista Networks sponsor H-1B visas for Business Developments?
Yes, Arista Networks sponsors H-1B visas for Business Development roles. The position typically needs to qualify as a specialty occupation under USCIS guidelines, which is generally achievable for technical sales, channel management, and solutions-focused BD roles that require a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. Confirm the specific role's requirements directly with Arista's recruiting team during the interview process.
Which visa types does Arista Networks commonly sponsor for Business Development roles?
Arista Networks sponsors H-1B and Green Card pathways (EB-2 and EB-3) for longer-term employment, and also supports candidates on F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional categories. The right visa depends on your nationality, current status, and the specific role structure.
What qualifications does Arista Networks expect for Business Development roles?
Arista typically looks for candidates with experience in B2B technology sales, ideally within cloud networking, data center, or enterprise infrastructure markets. A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field strengthens both your candidacy and any H-1B petition. Demonstrated ability to manage large accounts, navigate channel partnerships, or close complex solution sales is highly relevant.
How do I apply for Business Development jobs at Arista Networks?
You can browse and apply for Business Development openings at Arista Networks directly through their careers page, or use Migrate Mate to filter Arista's current openings by visa sponsorship type so you only spend time on roles that match your work authorization. Before applying, tailor your resume to reflect technical sales experience relevant to Arista's cloud networking and data center product lines.
How long does the visa sponsorship process typically take for a Business Development hire at Arista?
For H-1B transfers from another sponsor, Arista can file immediately and you can start work upon receipt notice, typically within two to four weeks. For new cap-subject H-1B filings, the process follows the annual lottery cycle with a October 1 start date. Green Card sponsorship through PERM labor certification adds a separate multi-year timeline depending on your country of birth and priority date.
