Frame your PM credentials around financial products
Brex builds spend management and corporate card infrastructure, so tailor your resume to show program delivery in payments, banking compliance, or fintech. Reviewers at Brex will weigh domain-adjacent experience heavily when assessing seniority for sponsored roles.
Confirm sponsorship eligibility before final-round interviews
Brex sponsors H-1B, TN, and OPT candidates, but sponsorship decisions can depend on the hiring team's budget and the role's headcount classification. Ask your recruiter directly whether the specific Project Program Manager opening is approved for sponsorship before investing in late-stage rounds.
Use Migrate Mate to filter verified Brex sponsorship openings
Not every Project Program Manager posting at Brex is open to sponsored candidates. Use Migrate Mate to surface roles where Brex has a confirmed sponsorship history, so you focus your application effort on openings that are actually accessible to you.
Align your H-1B specialty occupation evidence to program management
USCIS scrutinizes Project Program Manager petitions when the role lacks a clear degree requirement. Build your petition around Brex's actual job description, documenting how the role requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field like computer science, engineering, or business to satisfy specialty occupation standards.
Request your I-129 receipt notice before your current status expires
If Brex is filing a change of status or H-1B transfer for you, confirm with their immigration counsel that USCIS receives the I-129 before your current authorized period ends. A gap in filing creates unlawful presence risk even when the employer initiates the process.

Find Project Program Manager at Brex JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Brex sponsor H-1B visas for Project Program Managers?
Yes, Brex sponsors H-1B visas for Project Program Manager roles. The company has an established pattern of filing H-1B petitions for technical and operational program management positions. Sponsorship availability can vary by team and headcount approval, so confirm directly with your recruiter whether the specific opening you're applying to is approved for H-1B sponsorship before accepting an offer.
How do I apply for Project Program Manager jobs at Brex?
Apply through Brex's careers portal or find visa-sponsorship-confirmed openings through Migrate Mate, which filters for roles where Brex has a documented sponsorship history. Tailor your application to Brex's fintech context by emphasizing cross-functional program delivery, stakeholder management across engineering and product, and any experience in financial services or payments infrastructure. Brex typically moves candidates through recruiter screen, hiring manager, and panel interview stages.
Which visa types does Brex commonly sponsor for Project Program Manager roles?
Brex sponsors H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT visas for Project Program Manager positions, and also supports EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship for longer-term immigration pathways. TN visas are available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional categories. The right visa type for you depends on your nationality, current status, and how far along you are in your immigration journey.
What qualifications does Brex expect for sponsored Project Program Manager candidates?
Brex typically looks for candidates with experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in fast-paced technology or financial services environments. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, business, or finance strengthens both your candidacy and your H-1B specialty occupation case. Demonstrable experience with program governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery in regulated or compliance-sensitive contexts carries significant weight for fintech-facing roles.
How do I time my visa sponsorship process when joining Brex as a Project Program Manager?
If you're on F-1 OPT, confirm your start date gives Brex enough lead time to file an H-1B cap-subject petition by April 1 for an October 1 start. USCIS premium processing is available and reduces the adjudication window to 15 business days, which matters if your OPT expires close to your projected start. For TN candidates, your employer and role must qualify under the USMCA professional category list before Brex can proceed.
