Position Overview:
As a Project Coordinator at C Squared Systems, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment. Your time would be split between coordinating work and project tasks (reports/data processing). Ideal candidate is a leader, proactive problem-solver with a passion for project management. Daily verbal (in person/phone) and written communication, requesting answers, scheduling meetings and ability to multitask with occasional field visits.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive scheduling and coordination of all aspects of projects including coordination with facilities and customers, construction managers/engineers and relaying details of scope of work. Project Coordinator will focus on approximately 10-15 employees.
- Maintain a daily work schedule for all field work allocating the proper resources and test equipment to complete the job.
- Utilize current scheduling software and enforce its utilization amongst the team.
- Provide prompt status updates on applicable projects to customers following completion of work.
- Keep projects on track by understanding the current stage and following up to ensure the work is advancing.
- Oversee, coordinate, and assist with the maintenance of the Five-vehicle fleet of company trucks and SUVs.
- Oversee and maintain company owned test equipment and coordination of rentals as needed.
- Occasional workday site visits to survey, meet customers, and help with basic work tasks.
- Work on various reports, quotes, and data processing for the field team.
- Perform administrative tasks such as timely invoicing and purchase order tracking with customers for active projects.
- Take part and lead various customer meetings (taking/sharing notes, stressing urgent points).
- Work may at times extend outside regular business hours and beyond a 40-hour work week.
