This position plays a critical role in the safe and efficient installation of underground communications infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
- Locate and track drill head using locating equipment
- Operate HDD equipment safely and efficiently on various job sites
- Read and interpret bore plans, profiles, and utility locates

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, job specifications, and local regulations
- Perform pre-job inspections and daily equipment checks
- Assist with mud mixing, tooling changes, and job site setup/breakdown as needed

- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HDD Locator and/or Operator

- Valid CDL A with tanker endorsement
- Experience running either Vermeer 24x40 or Ditch Witch AT mud motor systems
