Job Roles at CFC Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in CFC Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with CFC's specialty lines
CFC focuses on cyber, professional liability, and emerging risk insurance. Roles in underwriting, risk analysis, and product development within these niches are your strongest entry points for E-3 sponsorship consideration at CFC.
Lead with your specialty insurance knowledge
CFC differentiates itself through deep technical expertise in niche insurance products. Applicants who demonstrate hands-on knowledge of cyber risk, D&O, or professional indemnity coverage will stand out far more than generalist insurance candidates.
Understand CFC's E-3 sponsorship profile before applying
CFC sponsors E-3 visas for Australian professionals, so confirming your Australian citizenship upfront is essential. Tailor your application materials to highlight specialty occupation credentials that align with their underwriting and risk-focused roles.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified CFC openings
Not every job board reflects real sponsorship history. Migrate Mate surfaces verified E-3 sponsors so you can filter by actual sponsorship track record and find CFC roles that are genuinely open to Australian visa applicants.
Prepare for a technically rigorous interview process
CFC is known for its analytical culture. Expect interview questions that probe your technical understanding of insurance products, risk modeling, or data-driven underwriting, not just general insurance experience. Prepare case-based answers specific to their specialty lines.
Connect with CFC's U.S. team through industry channels
CFC operates in a relatively tight-knit specialty insurance market. Engaging with their team at industry events or through professional associations focused on cyber and emerging risk can give your application context before it reaches a hiring manager.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does CFC sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, CFC's U.S. visa sponsorship activity has been focused on the E-3 visa rather than the H-1B. Australian citizens are the primary beneficiaries of CFC's sponsorship, as the E-3 is exclusively available to Australians working in specialty occupations. If H-1B sponsorship is a priority, it's worth confirming directly with CFC's HR team during the interview process.
What visa types does CFC sponsor in the United States?
CFC's U.S. sponsorship activity is centered on the E-3 visa, which is available exclusively to Australian citizens working in specialty occupations. This aligns well with their hiring of skilled professionals in roles such as underwriting, risk analysis, and insurance product development, all of which typically meet the specialty occupation standard required for E-3 approval.
Which departments or roles at CFC are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
CFC's sponsorship has historically been associated with technical and specialist roles that map to their core business in cyber, professional liability, and emerging risk insurance. Underwriters, risk analysts, and product specialists in these verticals are the most likely candidates for E-3 sponsorship, as these roles clearly satisfy the specialty occupation requirement and reflect CFC's core hiring needs.
How do I find open roles at CFC that offer E-3 visa sponsorship?
The most reliable way is to use Migrate Mate, which aggregates roles from verified E-3 sponsors and lets you filter by company and visa type. This saves you from applying to listings where sponsorship isn't actually on offer. You can also check CFC's careers page directly and ask about E-3 sponsorship availability during your initial recruiter conversation.
How do I approach the application timeline when targeting CFC for E-3 sponsorship?
The E-3 visa process moves relatively quickly compared to other work visas, your employer files a Labor Condition Application with the DOL, and you attend a consular interview in Australia. Plan for at least four to six weeks between a job offer and your start date. Raising sponsorship early in the interview process helps CFC's HR team initiate the LCA filing without delays once an offer is extended.
