Frame your credentials around specialty occupation standards
Supply chain roles at Chewy that qualify for H-1B sponsorship must meet USCIS specialty occupation criteria. Degrees in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or operations research align most directly. A general business degree alone may not be sufficient without relevant coursework.
Target Chewy's fulfillment and inventory planning teams
Chewy's highest volume of supply chain hiring concentrates in demand planning, inventory optimization, and fulfillment operations. Roles tied to analytics and systems integration are more likely to have sponsorship precedent than warehouse-floor or generalist coordinator positions.
Search open supply chain roles using Migrate Mate
Filter by Chewy and supply chain function on Migrate Mate to surface roles with confirmed sponsorship history. This narrows your search to positions where the hiring team has already navigated the visa process before.
Raise sponsorship before the offer stage
Retail employers like Chewy often route sponsorship decisions through HR before extending a formal offer. Confirming willingness to sponsor during the hiring manager conversation avoids late-stage surprises and keeps the process moving without delay.
Understand how TN status fits Chewy's supply chain roles
Canadian and Mexican nationals may qualify for TN status in categories like Industrial Engineer or Management Consultant if the role aligns precisely with DOL-defined TN occupations. A mismatch between your job title and the TN category list will result in a denial.
Build your PERM timeline around Chewy's filing cycle
If your goal is a Green Card through EB-2 or EB-3, DOL's PERM labor certification typically takes 12 to 18 months before an I-140 can be filed. Starting that conversation with your manager in year one of employment, not year three, makes a material difference.

Find Supply Chain at Chewy JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Chewy sponsor H-1B visas for Supply Chain roles?
Yes, Chewy sponsors H-1B visas for supply chain positions where the role qualifies as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards. Roles in demand planning, inventory analytics, and logistics systems tend to meet that bar more reliably than generalist coordinator titles. Your degree field and how the job description is written both affect USCIS adjudication.
How do I apply for Supply Chain jobs at Chewy?
Apply directly through Chewy's careers site or browse open roles with confirmed sponsorship history on Migrate Mate. When applying, tailor your resume to the specific supply chain function, whether that's inventory planning, fulfillment operations, or logistics. Mentioning your visa situation early in the recruiter screen prevents miscommunication before an offer is extended.
Which visa types does Chewy commonly use for Supply Chain professionals?
Chewy sponsors H-1B visas for specialty occupation supply chain roles and supports F-1 OPT and CPT for students in supply chain, operations, or industrial engineering programs. TN status is an option for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying occupations. For longer-term pathways, Chewy has sponsored EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card cases for supply chain professionals.
What qualifications does Chewy expect for sponsored Supply Chain roles?
Chewy's sponsored supply chain roles typically require a bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain management, industrial engineering, operations research, or a closely related field. For more senior positions, hands-on experience with ERP systems, demand forecasting tools, or fulfillment network design carries significant weight. The degree-to-role alignment matters for H-1B eligibility, not just the hiring decision.
How do I time my application around visa filing deadlines?
If you're on F-1 OPT, your employer needs enough lead time to file an H-1B petition before cap registration opens each March. Starting your Chewy job search in the fall gives you the best chance of having an offer and I-129 ready before the registration window closes. USCIS's standard processing timelines mean offers accepted in January or February are borderline for that year's cap season.
