Does Clario sponsor H-1B visas?
Clario does not have a track record of H-1B sponsorship. Their visa sponsorship activity centers on Green Card pathways such as EB-2 and EB-3, along with F-1 OPT and TN visas. If H-1B sponsorship is a requirement for your situation, Clario is unlikely to be a match and you should focus your search on employers with active H-1B filing histories.
What visa types does Clario sponsor?
Clario sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visas, F-1 OPT for recent graduates, and TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals. Their sponsorship profile is oriented toward permanent residency and select nonimmigrant categories, making them a strong target for candidates who are already in the U.S. on OPT or hold TN-eligible citizenship.
Which roles or departments at Clario are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Given Clario's position in consulting and professional services, sponsored roles tend to be in specialized professional functions where a direct tie between a candidate's degree and the job duties can be established. Analytical, advisory, and technical consulting roles are the most likely to qualify for EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship based on the firm's filing patterns.
How do I find open jobs at Clario that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find Clario roles with confirmed sponsorship history. Unlike standard job boards, Migrate Mate verifies sponsorship data based on actual filings, so you can filter specifically for Clario openings and see which visa categories they've supported. This saves time and removes uncertainty about whether sponsorship is genuinely on the table.
How do I approach the application process at Clario as a visa-dependent candidate?
Be upfront about your visa status early in the process. Clario has experience with Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 and EB-3, so candidates requiring immigrant visa support are not outside their norm. If you're on F-1 OPT, emphasize your remaining work authorization window and make the transition timeline clear. For TN applicants, confirm the role falls within an eligible TN occupation category before applying.
