Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and other senior leaders, in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Cozad Community Health System.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This description intends to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this job. It is not intended to include all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications. - Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and/or other assigned leadership staff.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior leaders.
- Arranges travel and accommodations for leaders.
- Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of senior leaders, taking notes, and recording minutes. Specifically Board Meetings, Med Staff meetings, and Department Head meetings.
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior leaders, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Follows all HIPAA guidelines and promotes and ensures patient safety.
- Fulfills mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive and professional environment.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned.
