Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Get Engaged Media E-3 Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Align your portfolio to digital marketing deliverables
Get Engaged Media hires for performance-driven roles, so frame your portfolio around measurable campaign outcomes, click-through rates, audience growth, conversion lifts, rather than creative awards. Interviewers at marketing agencies assess ROI fluency early in the process.
Verify your degree matches the specialty occupation standard
E-3 requires your bachelor's degree to directly relate to the role you're applying for. A marketing or communications degree supports most roles at Get Engaged Media, but a general business degree may require a closer look at how your coursework maps to the specific job description.
Research prevailing wage before salary negotiations
Your employer's LCA must certify a wage at or above the DOL prevailing wage for your role and location. Use the OFLC Wage Search to look up the wage level for your job title before your offer stage so you're negotiating from an informed position.
Target roles with a dedicated team structure
Get Engaged Media's sponsorship track tends to align with roles that sit within defined teams rather than generalist positions. Look for job postings that specify a reporting structure or team name, as those roles are more likely to have an established hiring and onboarding process that includes E-3 filing.
Use Migrate Mate to file once your offer letter is confirmed
Once Get Engaged Media extends a written offer, the E-3 filing process moves quickly. Migrate Mate handles the LCA and visa paperwork at a flat fee, and files within one business day of receiving your documents, which keeps your start date on track.
Clarify visa support before signing your offer
Ask the recruiter or HR contact directly whether the offer includes E-3 filing support and who covers the government fees. Get this confirmed in writing before you sign, as the LCA must be certified by DOL before your consulate appointment can proceed.
Get Engaged Media E-3 Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Get Engaged Media sponsor E-3 visas?
Yes, Get Engaged Media sponsors E-3 visas for qualifying Australian professionals. The company has filed E-3 Labor Condition Applications for roles in marketing and advertising, and their hiring process accommodates the E-3 filing timeline. Confirming visa support directly with the recruiter during the offer stage is always a practical step before proceeding.
Which roles at Get Engaged Media typically qualify for E-3 sponsorship?
E-3 sponsorship at Get Engaged Media is most common for roles that require a specific bachelor's degree as a genuine entry requirement, such as digital marketing managers, content strategists, media planners, and campaign analysts. Roles that accept any degree background are harder to qualify as specialty occupations under E-3 requirements. Checking the O*NET occupation profile for your target role helps confirm the degree requirement pattern.
How do I start the E-3 application process at Get Engaged Media?
Once you receive a written job offer, your employer files a Labor Condition Application with DOL. After LCA certification, you complete the DS-160 and schedule your consulate interview in Australia. The full process from signed offer to visa stamp typically takes four to six weeks for straightforward cases. Migrate Mate can manage the filing steps on your behalf after you receive your offer.
How long does the E-3 sponsorship process take at Get Engaged Media?
The E-3 process is generally faster than most employer-sponsored work visas because it doesn't involve a lottery or USCIS petition approval. LCA certification through DOL typically takes seven business days, and consulate appointment availability in Australia determines the remaining timeline. Most applicants move from offer letter to visa stamp within four to six weeks, depending on the consulate location.
How do I strengthen my E-3 application for a marketing role at Get Engaged Media?
Gather a degree certificate and transcripts that show coursework directly related to your role, and prepare a detailed job offer letter that describes the specialty occupation requirements. For marketing positions, tying your educational background to specific technical functions, such as data analytics, media buying, or digital advertising platforms, helps establish the degree-role connection USCIS and consular officers look for.
What is the prevailing wage for E-3 sponsorship at Get Engaged Media?
E-3 employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, determined when they file a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, ensuring Australian hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
