Match your degree to the role
E-3 requires a direct connection between your Australian degree and the specific job title. For veterinary roles at Zaynab Satchu Dvm, a DVM or BVSc must correspond precisely to the listed position. Use O*NET to confirm the occupation's typical education requirements before applying.
Research prevailing wage before negotiating
Before your offer conversation, look up the wage level for your target role and location using the OFLC Wage Search. Zaynab Satchu Dvm must certify your salary meets or exceeds the prevailing wage on the Labor Condition Application, so arriving informed protects you from low-tier offers.
Get your credentials verified early
Animal Care employers often require ECFVG or NAVLE certification before extending an offer for clinical roles. Credential verification can take months, so start the process before you begin interviewing at Zaynab Satchu Dvm to avoid delays between offer acceptance and LCA filing.
Clarify sponsorship scope during the offer stage
When Zaynab Satchu Dvm extends an offer, confirm in writing that the role is E-3 eligible and that the employer will file the Labor Condition Application with DOL. Some practices assume the applicant handles paperwork, so aligning expectations early prevents last-minute filing confusion.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified E-3 filers
Search Migrate Mate to identify employers in Animal Care with confirmed E-3 LCA filing history, including practices like Zaynab Satchu Dvm. Filtering by visa type and industry saves time and ensures you're targeting employers who've already navigated the E-3 process for roles matching your background.
Prepare for consulate-specific documentation requests

For veterinary roles, bring your degree transcripts, ECFVG certificate if applicable, the certified LCA, and a detailed job offer letter that explicitly describes specialty occupation duties at Zaynab Satchu Dvm.
