Target Family Care Center's Community Health Openings
Family Care Center operates across community and outpatient care settings, not just hospitals. Roles in those environments often have less competition than acute care positions, making them a practical entry point for sponsored candidates.
Time Your Application Around the H-1B Filing Window
If you need H-1B sponsorship, USCIS only accepts cap-subject petitions in the spring registration window for an October 1 start date. Apply to Family Care Center with enough lead time for HR to prepare the petition before registration opens.
Use Migrate Mate to Filter Nursing Roles by Visa Type
Searching for sponsoring employers manually is slow and unreliable. Use Migrate Mate to filter Family Care Center's open nursing positions by the specific visa types they support, so you're only applying where your situation qualifies.

Find Nursing at Family Care Center JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Family Care Center sponsor H-1B visas for Nursings?
Yes, Family Care Center sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying Nursing roles. Because H-1B cap-subject petitions go through USCIS's annual lottery with an April registration window and an October 1 start date, you'll want to engage with their HR team well in advance to align your application timeline with the filing window.
How do I apply for Nursing jobs at Family Care Center?
You can browse and apply to open Nursing positions at Family Care Center through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship type so you can confirm eligibility before applying. When you apply, clearly state your visa category in your cover letter and confirm your nursing licensure status so HR can begin the sponsorship conversation early.
Which visa types does Family Care Center commonly sponsor for Nursing roles?
Family Care Center sponsors H-1B, E-3, TN, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT visas for Nursing positions. Australian nurses are eligible for the E-3, which has no lottery. Canadian and Mexican nurses may qualify for TN status under USMCA. OPT and CPT apply to F-1 students completing nursing-related programs at accredited U.S. institutions.
What qualifications does Family Care Center expect for sponsored Nursing roles?
Expect Family Care Center to require active RN licensure in the relevant state, NCLEX passage, and a nursing degree from an accredited program. International graduates may also need credential verification through a recognized evaluation service. Specialty certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or specialty-specific credentials strengthen your application, particularly for clinical and community health settings.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Nursing role at Family Care Center?
Timeline depends on the visa category. TN and E-3 visas can move quickly, sometimes within weeks of an offer. H-1B sponsorship involves USCIS's annual lottery and a mandatory wait until the October 1 start date, so the process from registration to employment can span six months or more. OPT authorization through USCIS typically takes three to five months, so apply to USCIS well before your program end date.
