INTRODUCTION
Adobe Express is one of Adobe's fastest-growing products, serving tens of millions of users across web and mobile. We are looking for a Director of Product Management, Engagement & Monetization to own how Express users get value, keep coming back, and ultimately become paying customers.
This role sits at the intersection of engagement, retention, and revenue. You will define and lead the product strategy for Express's full growth loop: from the moments that bring users back daily, to the engagement patterns that deepen habit, to the conversion and monetization systems that turn that engagement into subscription revenue. You will also own how Express generates revenue through its integrations with Acrobat, Firefly, and Creative Cloud — making Express a durable growth engine across Adobe's ecosystem.
This is a Director-level role. You will lead a team of Senior and Principal PMs and report into the Express Growth & Data Science leader with direct visibility to Adobe's executive team.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the Express engagement and retention strategy. Define how users build habits with Express — what brings them back, what makes the product indispensable across use cases, and how to design the engagement loops that increase frequency and depth of use. Own retention metrics for the Express free and paid base, including weekly and monthly active usage, session depth, and feature adoption. Work with design, engineering, and data science to build and test experiences that shorten time to value and keep users in the product.
Build and scale growth loops. Identify and invest in the loops that compound: sharing and collaboration as distribution, template and asset libraries as retention anchors, AI-powered features as engagement drivers. Partner with the growth marketing and lifecycle teams to align in-product experiences with out-of-product signals. Define the experiment roadmap and own the systems that run, measure, and socialize test results across the organization.
Lead monetization strategy. Set the vision for how Express converts, expands, and retains paying users — across direct funnels and through ecosystem integrations with Acrobat, Creative Cloud, and Firefly. Own GNARR and M1RR targets in partnership with Finance and executive leadership. Define the packaging, paywall, and offer strategy, including AI credit systems, usage metering, and personalized upgrade moments.
Drive ecosystem revenue. Expand the revenue contribution from Acrobat, Creative Cloud, and Firefly integrations through shared entitlement frameworks, upsell surfaces, and cross-product conversion flows. Build the experimentation and measurement infrastructure that ties ecosystem engagement to subscription outcomes.
Lead the team. Hire, develop, and retain a team of Senior and Principal PMs. Set the performance bar, define operating principles, and create the conditions where great people do their best work. Represent Premium Enablement in enterprise-wide planning and leadership forums.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of product management experience in SaaS, subscription, or PLG-driven environments, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated track record owning retention, engagement, and monetization outcomes — not just strategy, but shipped product
- Experience leading Senior and Principal PM teams
- Deep familiarity with engagement loops, lifecycle optimization, and free-to-paid conversion mechanics
- Hands-on experience running experimentation programs: hypothesis development, test design, statistical analysis, and learning socialization
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence VP+ stakeholders across product, finance, and go-to-market
- Experience monetizing AI-powered features or credit-based systems is a strong differentiator
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to make sound tradeoffs at ecosystem scale

Job Roles at Adobe
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Adobe Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target roles in Adobe's core engineering and product teams
Green Card sponsorship at Adobe is most consistent in software engineering, machine learning, and product management. These teams drive Adobe's flagship platforms and tend to have the highest volume of permanent residence filings relative to other departments.
Understand that Green Card sponsorship is employer-initiated
Adobe decides when to begin the Green Card process, typically after you've demonstrated performance on a nonimmigrant visa like H-1B or E-3. Asking about the timeline during offer negotiations is reasonable and expected in the technology industry.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified Adobe Green Card roles
Not every Adobe job listing signals Green Card sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus your application efforts on roles where permanent residence support is genuinely available.
Build tenure before expecting Green Card initiation
At large technology companies like Adobe, the Green Card process typically begins after an employee has proven themselves in their role. Focusing on performance and impact in your first year creates the conditions for sponsorship conversations to happen naturally.
Ask about Adobe's immigration support during the offer stage
Adobe works with experienced immigration counsel to manage its sponsorship program. When reviewing an offer, it's appropriate to ask whether the role is eligible for Green Card sponsorship and what the company's general approach to permanent residence timelines looks like.

Does Adobe sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Adobe sponsors Green Card visas for eligible employees. Adobe is one of the more active Green Card sponsors in the technology sector, with filings concentrated in technical and product roles. Sponsorship is employer-initiated and typically begins after an employee has established themselves on a qualifying nonimmigrant visa such as the H-1B or E-3.
Which roles and departments at Adobe are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at Adobe is most common in software engineering, machine learning, data science, and product management. These functions sit at the center of Adobe's core business and account for the majority of its permanent residence filings. Creative, marketing, and corporate roles are sponsored less frequently, though exceptions exist depending on the position.
How does the Green Card application process work at Adobe?
Adobe typically sponsors employees through the EB-2 or EB-3 employment-based categories, which require the company to complete a PERM labor certification through the Department of Labor before filing an immigrant petition with USCIS. Adobe manages this process through its immigration legal team. Employees are generally kept informed at each stage, though timelines depend on government processing and your country of birth.
How long does the Green Card process take at Adobe?
The timeline varies significantly based on your country of birth. For most nationalities, the process from PERM filing to Green Card approval takes roughly two to four years. For applicants born in India or China, demand for employment-based visas far exceeds annual limits, which can extend the wait considerably. Adobe's immigration counsel can provide a clearer estimate based on your specific situation.
How do I find Adobe jobs that include Green Card sponsorship?
Standard job boards rarely confirm whether a specific role includes Green Card sponsorship. Migrate Mate is built specifically for this use case, allowing you to browse Adobe openings and filter by verified sponsorship history. Targeting roles in Adobe's engineering and product organizations gives you the strongest chance of landing a position where permanent residence support is part of the package.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Adobe?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
