Job Roles at Arcadis
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Arcadis Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target technical and engineering roles first
Arcadis's Green Card sponsorship is most concentrated in technical disciplines like civil engineering, environmental science, and infrastructure consulting. Prioritizing roles in these departments gives you the strongest chance of landing a position that leads to Green Card support.
Ask about sponsorship policy during the offer stage
Arcadis evaluates Green Card sponsorship on a case-by-case basis. The offer negotiation stage is the right moment to ask directly whether the role is eligible, rather than assuming sponsorship will be offered automatically after you start.
Understand the PERM labor certification timeline
Green Card sponsorship at employer-sponsored firms like Arcadis typically begins with PERM labor certification, which can take one to two years before your I-140 is even filed. Starting that conversation early in your tenure gives you the best possible timeline.
Use Migrate Mate to verify sponsorship history
Before applying, confirm Arcadis actually sponsors for your specific role type. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsorship data so you can filter by real Green Card filing history rather than relying on a recruiter's word during the interview process.
Leverage project continuity to make the business case
Consulting firms retain employees who are embedded in long-running client engagements. Demonstrating that your departure would disrupt an active project or client relationship strengthens the internal business case for Arcadis to invest in your Green Card sponsorship.

Does Arcadis sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Arcadis sponsors Green Card visas for qualifying employees. The company has an established sponsorship track record in the consulting and professional services sector, particularly for technical and engineering roles. Sponsorship is evaluated on a role-by-role basis and is generally offered to employees who have demonstrated long-term value to the firm.
Which roles and departments at Arcadis are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at Arcadis is most common in technical disciplines including civil and structural engineering, environmental consulting, water resources, and infrastructure advisory. Roles that require highly specialized knowledge and are tied to ongoing client projects tend to receive the strongest sponsorship support, as they represent the clearest retention case for the company.
How does the Green Card application process work at Arcadis?
Arcadis typically sponsors Green Cards through the EB-2 or EB-3 employment-based categories. The process begins with PERM labor certification, where Arcadis must demonstrate to the Department of Labor that no qualified U.S. workers are available for your role. After PERM approval, Arcadis files an I-140 immigrant petition on your behalf, and you then wait for a visa number to become available before filing for adjustment of status.
How long does Green Card sponsorship take at Arcadis?
The timeline depends on your nationality and the visa category. PERM labor certification alone can take one to two years. After that, I-140 processing and the wait for a visa number vary significantly, with applicants from India facing multi-year backlogs under the EB-2 and EB-3 categories. Starting the process as early as possible in your tenure at Arcadis is essential.
How do I find Green Card jobs at Arcadis that are open to sponsorship?
The most effective approach is to search for Arcadis roles on a platform that surfaces verified sponsorship history rather than relying on job descriptions alone, which rarely confirm Green Card eligibility upfront. Migrate Mate lets you filter specifically for employers with confirmed Green Card filing records, so you can identify Arcadis openings where sponsorship is a realistic outcome rather than a possibility mentioned only after an offer.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Arcadis?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
