Target roles aligned with Green Card-eligible classifications
Artius Solutions primarily sponsors through EB-2 and EB-3 categories. Focus your application on HR consulting, staffing, and professional services roles that require specialized degrees or progressive experience, as these align most naturally with their sponsored classifications.
Raise Green Card sponsorship early in the process
In Human Resources firms like Artius Solutions, immigration decisions are made by HR leadership. Asking about Green Card sponsorship during the offer stage, not after you've started, gives both sides clarity and avoids delays in PERM initiation.
Understand the PERM labor certification timeline
Green Card sponsorship at a Human Resources company typically begins with PERM, which involves prevailing wage determinations and a recruitment audit. Expect this process to take several months before an I-140 petition can be filed on your behalf.
Use Migrate Mate to verify sponsorship history before applying
Not every HR firm sponsors Green Cards consistently. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you prioritize Artius Solutions applications when you know their program is active and relevant to your role.
Demonstrate long-term value in a staffing context
Human Resources and staffing firms sponsor Green Cards for employees they expect to retain. Positioning yourself as a specialist in a high-demand HR discipline, such as compliance, talent strategy, or workforce analytics, strengthens the business case for sponsorship.
Clarify whether your role is direct-hire or client-facing
Artius Solutions operates in staffing and HR services, so Green Card sponsorship eligibility can depend on whether you're in an internal corporate role or a client-placement position. Internal roles typically have a more straightforward sponsorship path.
Artius Solutions Green Card Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Artius Solutions sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Artius Solutions sponsors Green Card visas for qualifying employees. The company supports EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa classifications, which are the most common pathways for Human Resources professionals. Sponsorship is typically available for direct-hire roles where long-term retention is part of the hiring intent, though availability varies by position and business need.
Which roles at Artius Solutions are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Roles in HR consulting, staffing operations, talent acquisition, and workforce management are the most common candidates for Green Card sponsorship at Artius Solutions. Positions requiring specialized degrees or demonstrable expertise in Human Resources disciplines align well with EB-2 and EB-3 requirements. Internal corporate roles tend to qualify more consistently than short-term client-placement positions.
How do I start the Green Card process at Artius Solutions?
The process typically begins after you've secured a full-time offer and both parties agree to pursue sponsorship. Artius Solutions would initiate PERM labor certification with the Department of Labor, followed by an I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS. You should raise your interest in sponsorship during offer negotiations so timelines and expectations are aligned from the start.
How long does Green Card sponsorship take at Artius Solutions?
The full Green Card process commonly takes two to four years or longer, depending on your country of birth and the visa category. PERM certification alone can take six to twelve months. If you were born in a country with high demand for employment-based visas, priority date backlogs may extend the timeline significantly beyond the initial petition approval.
How do I find open Green Card jobs at Artius Solutions?
Migrate Mate lists verified Green Card sponsorship jobs and lets you filter specifically by sponsor and visa type, making it easier to identify active openings at Artius Solutions without sifting through listings that don't confirm sponsorship. When applying, look for roles marked as permanent or direct-hire, and confirm sponsorship intent with the recruiter before moving through the interview process.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Artius Solutions?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
