About the role
The Associate Creative Director, Copy (ACD, Copy) works with teams of art directors, copywriters, and strategists to conceive and execute a variety of communication projects through a wide range of media. The Associate Creative Director is responsible for ensuring that design, copy and UX are greater than the sum of their parts and ladder up to strategic insights on all projects that they lead.

- Deliver breakthrough creative work, while influencing your peers
- Lead projects from conception to completion, including crafting outlines, first manuscripts per strategic and creative guidelines of the brand
- Reference, annotate, prepare a document for editorial fact check and LMR review (preparing annotated, highlighted reference packs) based on client-specific and AMA style
- Present to clients
- Defend pieces at LMR meetings
- Check changes during routes, resolving queries
- Understand strategic and financial goals for clients and AH
- Master the clinical data and competitive landscape associated with your brands/account
- Actively participate in staffing and evaluating the scope of work
- Champion creativity by frequently sharing inspiring work

- Pharmaceutical and/or medical device experience required
- Demonstrates ability to direct writing and design of interactive, motion and print projects
