Job Roles at DXP Enterprises
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in DXP Enterprises Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target technical and operations roles
Green Card sponsorship at DXP Enterprises is most common in engineering, supply chain, and technical sales functions. Focus your search on roles where specialized skills are genuinely hard to fill domestically, as these are the positions most likely to receive sponsorship consideration.
Raise sponsorship early in conversations
DXP Enterprises sponsors a limited number of Green Cards, so clarifying your sponsorship needs before investing in multiple interview rounds saves time. Ask about the company's sponsorship process during the initial recruiter screen, not after an offer is extended.
Understand the PERM labor certification process
Green Card sponsorship at most distribution companies, including DXP Enterprises, typically starts with PERM labor certification. Understanding that your employer must demonstrate no qualified U.S. workers are available helps you frame your skills as genuinely specialized during the hiring process.
Highlight industry-specific expertise
DXP Enterprises operates in a specialized distribution and industrial supply environment. Candidates with deep knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, or industrial MRO supply chains are far stronger Green Card sponsorship candidates than generalists, so lead with sector-specific experience throughout your application.
Search verified Green Card sponsors before applying
Not every distribution company is willing to sponsor Green Cards. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you prioritize DXP Enterprises and similar industrial distributors that have an established track record.
Be patient with Green Card timelines at mid-size companies
Mid-size distributors like DXP Enterprises typically work with outside immigration counsel rather than in-house teams, which can add coordination time. Building a strong working relationship and demonstrating long-term commitment to your role significantly improves your chances of sponsorship approval.

Does DXP Enterprises sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, DXP Enterprises does sponsor Green Card visas. Sponsorship is selective and generally reserved for roles where the company has difficulty finding qualified U.S. workers, particularly in technical, engineering, and supply chain functions within its industrial distribution business. Candidates should confirm sponsorship availability directly with the recruiter for each specific role.
Which roles at DXP Enterprises are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at DXP Enterprises tends to be concentrated in technical and operations-heavy roles, including engineers, supply chain specialists, and technical sales professionals with expertise in industrial equipment or MRO distribution. Back-office and administrative roles are less commonly sponsored. Roles requiring niche expertise in rotating equipment, pumps, or flow control are strong candidates.
How do I start the Green Card process at DXP Enterprises?
The process typically begins after you have secured a permanent job offer. DXP Enterprises works with immigration counsel to file a PERM labor certification with the Department of Labor, which establishes that no qualified U.S. workers are available for your role. Once approved, the company files an immigrant petition on your behalf, and you proceed through the remaining Green Card steps.
How long does the Green Card process take at DXP Enterprises?
Total timelines depend on your visa category and country of birth. For EB-2 and EB-3 cases sponsored by DXP Enterprises, the PERM labor certification stage alone can take six months to over a year. Nationals from India or China face additional wait times due to visa backlogs. Planning for a multi-year process is realistic for most applicants in this category.
How do I find Green Card jobs at DXP Enterprises?
Start by searching DXP Enterprises on Migrate Mate, which tracks companies with verified Green Card sponsorship histories so you can identify open roles with confidence. When you apply, be direct about your need for sponsorship in early conversations. Focusing on technical and distribution-specific roles where DXP Enterprises has genuine hiring needs gives you the strongest foundation for a Green Card-sponsored offer.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at DXP Enterprises?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
