How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Eliassen Group Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target internal roles over client placements
Eliassen Group is more likely to sponsor Green Cards for direct internal hires than for contractor placements at client sites. Focus your application on permanent internal positions in technical recruiting, operations, or consulting delivery.
Ask about Green Card timelines during the offer stage
Staffing companies vary in how early they initiate PERM. Clarify during negotiations whether Eliassen Group has a defined tenure requirement before sponsorship begins and which HR team manages the process internally.
Research verified sponsorship history before applying
Not all staffing firms sponsor at the same rate across departments. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you identify which Eliassen Group roles have supported Green Card filings.
Understand how staffing firm PERM works in practice
Staffing companies must demonstrate the job is permanent and full-time to satisfy PERM requirements. At Eliassen Group, this typically applies to internal roles rather than client-facing contract positions, so clarify employment structure upfront.

Does Eliassen Group sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Eliassen Group does sponsor Green Card visas for qualifying employees. Sponsorship is more common for internal permanent roles in technology, consulting, and staffing operations than for short-term contractor placements. Candidates already on H-1B or TN status with Eliassen Group are the most likely to be considered for PERM-based Green Card filings.
Which roles at Eliassen Group are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Roles most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship at Eliassen Group are internal positions requiring specialized skills, particularly in technology consulting, data engineering, and staffing operations. These roles tend to have defined degree requirements and long-term employment needs, both of which are prerequisites for a successful PERM labor certification filing.
How does the Green Card application process work at Eliassen Group?
At Eliassen Group, the Green Card process typically follows the PERM labor certification route under EB-2 or EB-3 categories. The employer files a PERM application with the Department of Labor, then submits an I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS. Once approved, the employee applies to adjust status or goes through consular processing. Eliassen Group's HR and legal team manage the employer-side steps.
How long does Green Card sponsorship take at Eliassen Group?
The PERM labor certification stage alone can take six months to over a year depending on DOL processing times and whether an audit is triggered. After PERM approval, the I-140 petition adds additional time, and if your priority date is not current, the wait can extend for years depending on your country of birth. Indian and Chinese nationals face the longest backlogs.
How do I find Green Card jobs at Eliassen Group?
The most effective approach is to search specifically for permanent internal roles at Eliassen Group rather than client-facing contractor positions. Migrate Mate lists verified Green Card sponsors and lets you filter by company, so you can identify which Eliassen Group openings are associated with actual sponsorship history, saving time compared to applying broadly across their job postings.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Eliassen Group?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
